Don’t Do This If You Want To Prevent Bruising!

We have talked about the fact that the types of  food that you eat or don’t eat could have something to do with the fact that we now seem to be bruising easily, but what physical activities do we participate in?  When we think about exercises, you might be concerned with thoughts of falls and sprains; but in the long run, a good exercise program is something that can help us overcome easy bruising at least as effectively as following a proper diet.

Understand that when we exercise properly (or in my case, at all), we are strengthening our body’s systems in every area involved in the particular exercise.  Exercise provides the means to allow our body to act at full capacity, and though it is not always easy to fit an exercise program into our busy day, it is important to remember how much benefit it provides us.  However, you are probably not be aware of how important an exercise program is when it comes to reducing our tendency to bruise easily.

In the first place, we will find that aerobic exercise is guaranteed to help us improve your cardiovascular health.  Our cardiovascular health is directly tied to our circulatory health, and when all’s  said and done, we will discover that the state of our circulatory health will absolutely affect the way that our general health progresses for the rest of our life.

When we engage in aerobic exercise (aerobic means gasping to me), we strengthen our heart and essentially, the increased level of blood that flows through our veins will actually strengthen the walls of all of our blood vessels particularly the capillaries.  Because easily broken capillaries can lead to extremely large and dark bruises, even when the trauma was not so great, we’ll find that we need to strengthen them in any way that we can.

Another type of exercise that can be quite helpful when we are trying to overcome the tendency of bruising easily is  balancing exercises.  Balancing exercises let us work on smaller muscles that do not necessarily get the workout that they need during aerobic exercise, but balancing exercises can help us become more graceful which can allow us to recover or avoid situations which might otherwise cause nasty falls and the bruising that a fall could cause.

Another reason to consider a good exercise program that will help alleviate our tendency for easy bruising is the fact that any exercise program will help boost our body’s metabolic rate.  Our metabolism plays a major role in how quickly and efficiently our body heals itself, so really consider how this metabolic boost will benefit our bruise reduction attempts.

At the end of the day, whether we love to swim, do Jazzercise, belly dance, or play basketball, some activity is always better than none.  Exercise is essential for maintaining good health, and we will find that there are many different ways for us to meet our exercise goals and in the process help reduce bruising easily.  As we all know by now, participating in the daily supplement program from Bruises Be Banned is one sure way to augment any exercise program and help us prevent bruising altogether.
