You Might Not Want to Include This in Your Cycling Routine!

Hello Again:

When we get ready for a change in our life, one that our doctor is certainly going to approve, it’s time to consider adding cycling to our regimen. Cycling, whether it’s done on a stationary bike or out on the road, is something that will help our body get stronger and tougher, and if we have also been working on weight loss for some time (am I the only one?), it will certainly also help us do that.

What you might not be aware of is the fact that cycling can also help us with our easy bruising. We have all noticed that seemingly every time we turn around, we see a new dark splotch?  There are so many reasons why we bruise more as we age, but no matter why it is happening, it is certainly unattractive.

Once any medical problems have been ruled out, many people feel that bruising is just going to have to be something that they live with; but the truth of the matter is that this is simply not our only option. There are numerous steps that we can take when we want to relieve the easy bruising that has become a part of our life, and one way to help reduce bruising is through activities like cycling.

First, cycling is an activity that can be done entirely on our own terms. We have choices like the idea of going cross country on our bike, or maybe we are simply going to equip it with baskets and head out for the groceries. On the other hand, if we prefer, we can ride a stationary bike while we watch television? Any of these options are certainly possible.

When we get a good workout while we are cycling, one of the first things that we’ll notice is that we are building up muscle (that’s the thing that hurts when we’re just starting out). Muscle is quite dense and is intended to protect our body, and this is something that we will notice soon after we start our routine. By developing more muscles, we will be able to protect our body better from light bumps resulting in contusions.

Also remember that when we are evaluating a cycling regimen, we are going to be increasing our cardiovascular health as well. As our heart beats more effectively, it is going to start making the blood vessels in our body work more effectively as well. These are the same blood vessels that have gotten increasingly easy to break as we’ve gotten older, so improving our cardiovascular health is a good step to be taking.

Cycling can be done in a variety of environments and completely at our own choice of times and venues, so take the time necessary to consider each option.  This might be one of the most fun ways to get in shape and to prevent bruising all at the same time.

Always consider what our options are going to be when we are thinking about using cycling to help us overcome our tendency to bruise easily. For the best results, we should combine cycling with the all natural, uniquely formulated, daily supplement program from Bruises Be Banned to help us reduce bruising or prevent bruising altogether.

Remember that the only thing that we have to lose by not participating in the Bruises Be Banned daily program is our social life due to our ugly bruises.
