I Think That This Is Great if My Spine Doesn’t Break!

Hello Again:

Don’t we like the idea of staying young, looking great and helping overcoming our easy bruising as well (what a great idea)? As we get older, we are much more prone to bruising easily and to retaining those bruises for much longer than we are used to.  The problem is that our bodies do not heal as quickly and in as many different ways as they once did because, they become much more fragile as we age.  The good thing is that there are definitely solutions for this issue, and one of the ones that probably haven’t thought of is belly dancing.

There are several different kinds of belly dancing, with styles that are intended for men and for women; and there are lots of different philosophies behind the various styles as well.  What just about everyone can agree on is that it is lovely to watch and very good for physically for its participants. What most people don’t know is that this dance form can be very helpful when we are trying to overcome our tendency of bruising easily.

First, understand that belly dancing, even though it appears to be wonderfully slow and sensuous, it actually takes a lot of strength and concentration. Of course, there are also belly dance styles which are very aerobic.  What this means is that when we are willing to really work on belly dancing, we’re going to be able to increase our cardiovascular health, and this in turn will help us get rid of our tendency for easy bruising.

When we have improved our cardiovascular health, we are going to find that we are much more resistant to getting bruised.  As our cardiovascular health gets better, the blood vessels beneath your skin will be much less likely to rupture upon contact with the edge of a door or cabinet, making the bruising non-existent or at least much less noticeable than it was in the past.

Also remember that one of the important lessons that people learn in belly dancing is grace.   We will develop better muscle control, and thus we will be much less likely to stumble or trip, which allow us to prevent bruising in the first place.

When we are thinking about taking up belly dancing, remember that it is time for us to consider what your goals are. Are we doing it for fitness, or do we hope eventually to be a performer (as in public?)?   Are we interested in performing with others or alone?  There are many different troupes out there, and there are plenty of opportunities for us to investigate.

Egyptian cabaret is a lovely style of belly dancing that is wonderfully glamorous, while American Tribal Style has great ties to body acceptance, personal styles, and group dances.  Folkloric dance can teach us traditional dances from Iran, Egypt, Syria or Iraq, while there are also dances that are taught based on the props that are used.

Take the time to evaluate what kind of belly dancing is right for you and how much it can help you overcome the tendency to bruising easily.   Even with the benefits that can be obtained from belly dancing, we shouldn’t overlook the benefits we can gain from the all natural, uniquely formulated Bruises Be Banned daily supplement program that can provide the help we’re looking for to reduce bruising or prevent bruising altogether.

Remember the only thing you will lose if you don’t take part in the Bruises Be Banned program is your social life because of your ugly bruises.
