ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT A RUNNING PROGRAM?

Hello Again:

For the next several talks we’re going to be discussing how various sporting activities, with their different types of aerobic exercise, can actually help us reduce our easy bruising or hopefully prevent bruising.  Today we’ll start with a brief look  at the benefits of a running regimen.

We’ve all experienced the desire to reduce the bruising that has been plaguing us. As we age, bruises can become more and more of a problem in our lives. At first, we might become concerned that we have a condition that makes us more prone to bruising or even that we might have a serious disorder where bruising is a real issue. Then, after a visit to our doctor’s office, we are told that the bruising is simply a factor of our body aging.

The truth of the matter is that bruising, when it is not a symptom of a more serious condition, is something that can be treated and even prevented with the right kind of knowledge and attention. Our blood vessels do get weaker and more fragile as we age and because of that, even the slightest bump can make black and blue splotches on our arms and legs. Now is the time to take a moment to consider how starting up a running regimen may help.

The first thing that you will find when you start running on a consistent basis is that it increases your heart’s pumping activity (boy, I’ll say). It will especially do this if we have been lax in maintaining a viable exercise program over the past few years.

What this running regime will do is it will cause our cardiovascular system to work harder and thus to improve our body’s aerobic capacity. If our blood vessels become stronger because of the additional work running causes, we can soon see that we are not going to need to worry about slight jarring moments causing nearly as much bruising. Though it might feel as though we are only exercising our legs as we run, you can rest assured that we are getting good results throughout your body.

Also recognize the fact that we will be sweating while we’re running.  Generally, we consider getting sweaty to be undesirable, but in this instance, we are ridding our body of certain stored unhealthful toxins,  This can be extremely important when you do get bruises due to the fact that our immune system will have more resources to respond to the bruising directly.  Just consider how much better our body will be functioning at this point.

We need to think about how we want to put together our running regimen.  How often do we want to do it? One thing that we need to consider is going to be how we are going to find the regimen that is most suitable for each one of us. Once we’ve decided on our personal program, talking to a personal trainer, a physical therapist, or a doctor would be a good idea.

Also remember that we will need to give our body some time to get acclimated to our new exercise system. It can be fun to see improvement, but do remember that we should take things gradually.

Running is a good way to get your body in better shape and to avoid bruising, so take the time and think about how to incorporate it into our daily routine.   A combination of a good running regime along with a naturally formulated product like Bruises Be Banned can be essential to reduce bruising or to prevent bruising altogether.

Remember, the only thing that we have to lose by not participating in the Bruises Be Banned daily program is our social life because of our ugly bruises.
