As we get older, we know that we should strive to stay active regardless of our daily schedule, and when we are taking advantage of a good exercise program, we have probably noticed good results. Another function of our aging that is not so easy to overcome is our tendency of easy bruising, but what most folks don’t know is that bruising easily can be reduced or prevented through a good exercise program just the same way that many other physical problems can be alleviated as well.

Clogging will also help our body become stronger and more graceful; not only will we be less likely to bump into things in the first place, our tendency to bruise easily will be reduced.
