Not For the Faint Of Heart!  These Folks Didn’t Just Get Bruised!

Hello Again:

In order to stop just thinking about eliminating our tendency to bruise easily and just thinking about how we can make sure that our easy bruising ends and doesn’t come back (if thinking alone could have caused me to stop bruising easily, I’d have had unblemished complexion years ago), we are going to need to take real action and seriously consider how a low impact exercise program may help us.  Exercise is an important part of strengthening our body and the first advantage that it is going to give us is the ability to keep our heart and our circulatory system working appropriately.

Another thing that we will quickly realize is that not only is participating in a low impact exercise program going to help us heal our existing bruises quickly, it will also help us make sure that we don’t get bruises as often going forward.   Exercise will help us become more graceful and less inclined to bump ourselves or to fall, and we will also discover that our improved muscle tone will be helpful to us to prevent bruising.

I sure that we can all agree that a good exercise program is something that is beneficial to us from many perspectives. Not only will we be activating our metabolism, we will also find that we are making sure that our body processes are kicked into a higher gear.  That means that we are going to be able to heal our body faster, and that our body will be operating in much better shape.  This can be essential when we want to get rid of our ugly bruising.

There are many different kinds of low impact exercise that can help us improve our resistance to easy bruising.  The key is to find one that we really enjoy doing and then making sure that we do it on a regular schedule.  Whether we do it every day or we practice three times a week, just remember that consistency will take us a long way toward our goal.  That being said, what kind of exercise appeals to you (personally, I don’t find exercise appealing at all)?

Start by heading out for a walk.  This is perfect for someone who has been avoiding exercise for a while, and we will soon discover that there are plenty of things that we can do while we are out walking.  We are going to be taking it easy on our joints, we will get a lot of fresh air, and we will have an excuse to listen to music or to books on tape.

Another great low impact exercise that can help us prevent bruising is swimming or any activity that we do in the water.  In the water, we will be working harder because we are dealing with water resistance, and the water will also cushion our joints at the same time.  Take a moment and think about how much fun we can have with gentle activities in the water.

Elliptical training machines, whether you go to the gym or you have your own machine at home, are another way to get the blood pumping without making your knees and joints ache.  Elliptical machines are perfect when we want to avoid the pounding of jogging on a treadmill while we exercise.

Low impact exercise is a great way to prevent bruising, so evaluate which exercises will best serve you.  Any exercise program or regimen is only as good as how consistently it is practiced.  To get the full benefits of our exercise routine, we know we should be following the all natural, daily Bruises Be Banned supplement program  which has that unique formulation that can help us overcome bruising easily and help reduce bruising or prevent bruising altogether.

Remember that the only thing we lose by not following the Bruises Be Banned program in our social life due to our ugly bruises.
