Six Suggestions To Help Prevent Easy Bruising Altogether!

Hello Again:

Bruising is when the flesh gets hit, blood vessels get damaged, and blood seeps into tissues below the skin. Unless is it’s internal, it is just a simple matter of time until it heals. It can be unsightly, but there are answers to the common question, what’s the best way to prevent easy bruising? Here are a number of simple and affordable ways to help you overcome your tendency to bruise easily.

1. Wear Proper Clothing and Equipment: This is the most simple advice. Whether you are playing a rough game or simply get bruised when you brush into something, covering the body with a protective layer of clothes helps to prevent injury to the skin. Pay special attention to the limbs and joints that get hit the most like the knees or elbows. When playing sports, wear guards or pads so that these areas are properly covered.

2. Take Vitamin Supplements: Vitamin supplements can help to strengthen the body. Some of them are specific to your blood, veins and skin. Vitamin K specifically targets one source of bruising. It also doesn’t hurt to take a multivitamin so that your entire body is affected and strengthened.

3. You are What you Eat: There are specific foods that help to inhibit easy bruising. Foods high in bioflavonoids is one food group that really helps. This means all citrus fruits, broccoli, cherries and cantaloupe to name a few. It is really easy to slip these into your daily eating routine to make sure that you are getting proper nutrition. Another things that helps is green tea. One cup a day should help to reduce the problem.

4. Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation (“RICE”): This is the most popular mantra in the sports world. It is an old rule of the game when it comes to helping to prevent bruising and to alleviate any injuries once sustained. It is spelled out for you. You sit down to REST, put ICE on the area, lightly press down with the ice(COMPRESS) and keep the area higher than the rest of the body so blood doesn’t pool in the area and make it worse(ELEVATE).

5. Use Topicals: Topicals are ointments and creams that you can put on the exterior of the body to help that particular area to heal. There are a few over the counter topicals that can help to treat existing bruises. You could also use things in your kitchen like parsley. You can cut up a handful of parsley, add water, and make it into a mush. Then place it on the affected spot and leave it for 30 minutes or so. Repeat the action as often as needed.

6. Be Aware of Your Medications: Medications such as aspirin can thin the blood and vein walls. This means that it is easier to get bruised. If you are taking meds like adult strength aspirin on a daily basis, then talk to your doctor about adjusting the dose to help reduce the possibility of bruising easily.

Bruising causes ugly discoloration to the skin, and in most cases isn’t serious, but can be embarrassing. Some people bruise very easy and it can be a larger concern. Other than walking around in a bubble and avoiding having any fun, you can follow the above 6 steps to inhibit those horrid black and blue markings, and you can begin to follow the all natural Bruises Be Banned daily supplement program which has helped people from all over the world prevent easy bruising altogether.

Remember that the only thing you have to lose by not following the Bruises Be Banned daily supplement program is your social life due to your embarrassment caused by your ugly bruises.
